I don't have a part number for my contacts. Can you still provide a quote?
Yes. You can send us the part or parts using the contact information at the bottom of any page, or fax us a trace of the contact along with tip or other dimensions.
I purchased some silver plated copper contact tips and/or contactors. Can you upgrade these?
Yes. We can upgrade such parts with different types of material (Copper Tungsten, Silver Tungsten, etc.) depending on your needs.
Do you manufacture and repair other parts besides contacts?
Yes. We can repair pivot arms, manufacture and repair bus bars, finger clusters and more. See the "Manufacture Work" and "Repair Work" pages of this site for more information.
What is your preferred method of shipping?
We prefer Airbone, but have and can ship FedEx, UPS, US Mail, and for larger shipments, Yellow Transportation.
What is your turnaround time for repairs? For manufacture?
Our normal turnaround time for repairs is two weeks and for manufactures at least three weeks. We do our best to ship before these times, however. If you have
special needs that require contacts back sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can you provide certification on the tip material you use?
Yes. Material 'certs' can be provided upon request by any customer.
